New Vehicle Sales
Before I sold cars I was a professional golf player. However, 9 ½ years ago I decided to become a sales and leasing consultant and began my career here at Ontario Motor Sales. I am the certified technology expert for the dealership, which means I keep up to date with all the latest technology and incentives for vehicles. My philosophy is to make the process for my clients as easy as possible, which is why I am always honest, knowledgeable, and friendly when meeting with customers.
I have been working at Ontario Motor Sales for 43 years. I started in the daily rental office and was an assistant to the new car manager. However, there was an opening on the sales floor and I have been working as a sales and leasing consultant ever since. I have been part of the Sales Marketing Guild for 38 years, which recognizes professionals who have risen to the challenge and successfully met high standards. Prior to working at Ontario Motor Sales, I graduated from Durham College with a degree in Business. I am married to my first wife, with whom we have 2 children and 1 grandchild. I also have 2 brothers who are former Durham Regional Police. When I’m not at work, I am spending time at my cottage in Bancroft or helping out in the community. I am the past president of the Kiwanis Club of Oshawa and have played hockey in Oshawa through the Minor Hockey Association, retiring with the Oshawa Jr B Crushman. I am very active in the community and I know so many people in Oshawa so I’m not one to abuse my relationships with my customers. With this in mind I bring a friendly and honest environment when meeting with clients. I enjoy talking to people, and I usually run into someone I know when I go out somewhere. My experience at OMS has been nothing but enjoyable and I am very thankful to Glenn Willson for hiring me and placing me in a position where I can prosper.
I have been selling Chevrolet and Cadillac for almost 12 years and have been working at Ontario Motor Sales for just over 5 years. My dad and grandfather both worked for GM so I guess you could say that it’s in my blood. Interacting with customers is without a doubt my favourite part of my job. I thoroughly enjoy talking to people and hearing their stories. My philosophy is I don’t want to make that one sale; I want to build a friendship with people so that they feel comfortable coming back or referring their family or friends. I try to make sure that when people drive away in their new vehicle that they know my door is always open if they have any questions or concerns. Outside of work, I run the Oshawa Youth Dart League, I am a music and concert journalist/photographer, and a sports car enthusiast–with a Corvette and Camaro in my driveway.
I love working at the largest volume GM dealership in Ontario, where I have been in sales for the past 4 years. Customer satisfaction is my main goal, which is why I take great pride in looking after my customers and helping them find the right vehicle that fits their needs. In my spare time, I am usually found in the Kawarthas enjoying time on my boat.
I have been in the car business for 16 years, starting my career here at Ontario Motor Sales. My favourite part of my job is getting to see the excitement of my customers when they are picking up their vehicles, especially first time buyers. Sometimes we forget how exciting it is until we get to pick up our own! In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and my dogs. I also enjoy watching sports and playing them as well, as I am an avid golf player and enjoy playing hockey and baseball.
I have been selling cars for 25 years, 6 of which have been at Ontario Motor Sales where I specialize in truck sales. When meeting with customers, I am easy going, truthful, and to the point. One of my favourite parts of my job is seeing how my customers and their families have changed when they come back to buy a new car from me every 3-5 years. When I’m not at Ontario Motor Sales, I enjoy spending time up north at my cottage with my family.
Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales
I have been selling cars since I was 17, which is 39 years, and have been working at Ontario Motor Sales for 8 years. OMS is an enjoyable place to work because of the staff and management, as well as the fact that it’s a family-oriented dealership from the top down. When meeting with clients, I try to be transparent and I am always willing to help them buy a car, rather than trying to sell them a car. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and boys, who are 17 and 21 years old.
I have been in the car business for 31 years and have been working at Ontario Motor Sales for the past 17 years, specializing in used and new vehicles. I welcome all of my current customers as well as customers who are new to the Durham Region. With a lot of people moving into the community, I am more than happy to help with any car buying needs as well as taking any trade-ins. Feel free to contact me personally on my cell phone at 905-429-1756 and I would be happy to assist you!
I have been selling at GM for 12 years, 10 of which have been at Ontario Motor Sales. When meeting with customers, I try to be transparent, professional, thorough, and—most importantly—have a sense of humour. When I’m not at work, I enjoy karting, going to the cottage, spending time with my 3 “Golden Boys”, and playing hockey in the GMSHL as a goalie. Also, I am an avid NASCAR fan and enjoy going to various events.
I have been in the car business for 10 years and have been working at Ontario Motor Sales for the past 9 years. I try to be genuine and transparent when talking to customers. I’m not one to play games and I try to steer away from the typical stereotype of a used car sales person. When I’m not at work, I am spending time with my wife and kids. My time is spent either taking them to their various sporting events, relaxing in our pool, or going on camping trips.
As the Non-Prime Finance Manager, I deal with customers who have credit issues or bad credit. I have been in the business since I was 20, which was in 2007, so I feel that I have plenty of experience in my line of work. I try to make my interactions with customers as non-pressured and friendly as possible because I know that the situation they are in is less than ideal. I’m also very lucky to have an excellent relationship with all the lenders we deal with, which makes the process more seamless. When I’m not at work, I am spending time with my 4 year old son, playing basketball, or going paintballing on the weekends.
