As an essential service Ontario Motor Sales takes the health and safety of our Customers and Employees very seriously. In light of the Provincial Government stay at home order issued on
April 8th 2021, our Service Department is now OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We understand that these are challenging times and that servicing your vehicle is not always planned. For your convenience we are offering the following services to make life just a little easier:
YOU STAY HOME AND WE PICK-UP!
We understand that not everyone is comfortable leaving the safety of their home. We offer a pick-up and drop off option so you do not need to visit the dealership. Our service concierge will collect your vehicle at a time that is convenient for you and return your vehicle upon completion of the required service. Prior to handing over your keys we will sanitize your vehicle with our mobile sanitization sprayer. We also provide contactless payment options.
SANITIZATION OF VEHICLES
Upon completion of service we are sanitizing all vehicles prior to returning them to their owner. For customer's who choose to take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service, we have a mobile sanitization sprayer that is used prior to return. In addition, we sanitize our shuttle vehicles after EVERY ride.

OMS SHUTTLE SERVICES
Our shuttle service continues to be available, however we are limiting the capacity to one rider at a time (or 2 people from the same household). Our shuttle drivers are wearing their mask at all times, rolling their window down when possible, and sanitizing the vehicle after each ride. This includes all touch points both inside and out. For added safety we have installed a plexiglass barrier between the front and second row. Keeping you and our drivers safe is our top priority!
STRICT SAFETY STANDARDS
All entrances and exits are equipped with sanitization stations and high touch surfaces are cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day. The floors have been marked to indicate appropriate spacing for physical distancing. Masks and gloves are available should you need them. Masks are required at all times indoors and outdoors, when a 6-foot physical distance cannot be maintained.
To ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety protocol, we are taking the following steps in accordance with the latest Provincial Government guidelines:
- The Service Department is open by appointment only from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. To keep our staff and customers safe, we are also providing services to allow limited exposure at the dealership. Our shuttle service is available and running but limited to 1 person per ride (or 2 people from the same household). Pick up and delivery services are available to allow customers to have their vehicle serviced without visiting the dealership. The customer waiting lounge is currently closed. We are encouraging our customers to take advantage of our alternative services. We are respecting all physical distancing, sanitization, and occupancy requirements. - Our Parts Department is open for CURB-SIDE PICK-UP from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
