We will arrive at a scheduled time with the vehicle and all necessary paperwork to complete the transaction, including bank documents (if applicable), vehicle ownerships, keys, and warranty booklets for the vehicle. We will ensure all driver touch points are sanitized prior to handing over your keys.
Yes, the individual(s) purchasing the vehicle needs to be present as their signature(s) are required to complete the transaction. We also need to validate the identity of those who are signing for the vehicle.
The length of time will vary depending on the type of purchase and the number of documents that need to be reviewed and signed. The average delivery should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Absolutely! We would be happy to include all delivery fees into your contract so they are included in your lease or finance payment. In the event you are purchasing the vehicle in full the delivery fees will be included on your bill of sale and you can include the fees with your purchase cheque.
Yes, you will have limited interaction with the driver. The driver will have all necessary contracts and documents that are part of the purchase agreement. These documents will require your signature.
We take safety very seriously. All our vehicles go through a thorough sanitization process prior to delivery. The driver who delivers your vehicle will re-sanitize all touch points when they arrive with your vehicle and prior to handing over your keys.
Absolutely! Your trade value will be discussed prior to the purchase of your new vehicle. We may require pictures and/or video of your vehicle so we can provide you with an accurate value. Once you are satisfied, the value can be put towards the price of your new vehicle. When we deliver your new vehicle we will inspect your trade and take it back to the dealership.
We understand, sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen. In the event you will not be available for delivery we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can inform our driver.
This will be discussed with your salesperson. You will agree on a day and time that best suits your schedule.
Great question! If upon seeing the vehicle you decide that it is not right for you, we will bring the vehicle back to the dealership and cancel the purchase agreement. We also offer a 7-day return policy that begins the day you receive your vehicle. To qualify for a refund or exchange you must put less than 300 KM’s on the vehicle. If you traded a vehicle in, you will be reimbursed for the cash value of the vehicle at time of purchase. As you can understand, we cannot except the return of a vehicle that has been damaged, involved in an accident, or modified from its delivery condition.
Absolutely! Prior to signing any documents or contracts, you will have the ability to test drive and experience the vehicle to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with the vehicle, we will return it to the dealership and cancel your purchase agreement.
