MEET YOUR PERSONAL SERVICE CONCIERGE
MEET KAYLA LAFONTAINE
Kayla will be your personal service concierge for your appointment. She will greet you at the designated parking space and escort you to a preferred waiting area. In addition, she will offer you a beverage and snack as well as keep you apprised of your vehicle's progress.
Kayla began her automotive career in 2014 at General Motors Warranty Centre. She grew into a Service Advisor role in 2021 and joined the OMS family in April 2022. Kayla takes pride in ensuring customers have the best possible experience. One of her favourite parts of her job is making sure her customers have a smile on their face once their service visit is complete. Kayla is a car enthusiast and her favourite GM vehicle is the Chevrolet Camaro!
