Dec 19, 2021 Update: Ontario Motor Sales takes the health and safety of our Customers and Employees very seriously. With the Provincial Government’s introduction of additional capacity restrictions in response to COVID-19 variant, Ontario Motor Sales will limit occupancy to 50% Capacity. Face coverings are required by staff and patrons when entering any indoor environment. To ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety protocol, we are taking the following steps in accordance with the latest Provincial Government guidelines:
- The Sales Departments and Showrooms are OPEN Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are adhering to capacity limits and may have to limit group sizes to meet 50% occupancy requirements. Test drives ARE available with some occupancy restrictions following the active screening directions per the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health. Vehicles will be properly sanitized for your protection. We continue to offer enhanced website functionality to allow customers to view inventory, build a deal with accurate finance and lease payments, chat with a live Ontario Motor Sales staff member, arrange a remote or in-dealership test drive or purchase a vehicle.
- The Service Department is OPEN from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday with extended hours until 7PM on Tuesday evenings. To keep our staff and customers safe, we are also providing services to allow limited exposure at the dealership. The customer lounge is open but limited to 4 patrons at any given time. Shuttle services are available and running but limited to 1 person per ride (or 2 people from the same household) with masks mandatory for both passenger and driver. Pick up and delivery services are available to allow customers to have their vehicle serviced without visiting the dealership. We continue to offer our customers alternative services should you prefer to service from home. We are respecting all physical distancing, sanitization, and occupancy requirements. - Our Parts Department is OPEN from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Thursdays and 8AM to 5:30PM on Fridays for in-store visits. We continue to offer curb-side pick-up and HOME DELIVERY for orders that are within our delivery radius. - All departments are equipped with sanitization stations and high touch surfaces are cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day; floors have been marked to indicate appropriate spacing for physical distancing. Gloves are available and masks are required at all times inside all dealership departments and outdoors when a 6-foot physical distance can’t be maintained.
