Feedback Friday

Welcome to Feedback Fridays! Over the course of a week at Ontario Motor Sales, we receive a ton of feedback from our customers though Social media, CSI surveys and general inquiries – sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. Sometimes it’s a questions that needs to be answered, and sometimes it’s some valuable feedback that we might have never considered. We’d like to highlight a few things every week that might help you understand some of the services that we offer at OMS and why we do what we do. Please keep the questions and feedback coming! ! (In order to protect our customers’ privacy we can’t show their names, but these are actual comments received from OMS consumer reviews)

'My car was picked up from my place of work by a driver from the dealership and delivered before the end of my working day. This is so convenient and my car was washed which was great. This is a very valuable service to offer and will make a big impact on my decision about where I will get my vehicle services. It eliminates me having to make arrangements to drop off and pickup my vehicle.'

-This is one of our favorite services to offer. Not only is it super convenient for our customers, but it takes away the stress of having to wait in the service lounge for the work to be completed. It’s not uncommon to uncover some extra required repairs which can put the shop a little behind schedule. We’d prefer that your vehicle maintenance disrupt your day as little as possible!

'Website search and actual price of the vehicle and what was posted was not the same. Ideally the price should be sticker price and if the shopper could click on the incentive deal that would work for them, and give that price would be better. The sale price was cash only. So the posted price did not apply to me. We got a deal we liked, so thank you to our sales person'

-This is a great point, and something we spend a lot of time thinking about. Incentives may differ depending on how you are buying the car. For example, if you finance, the offer may be 0% but for those that do not choose to use the finance deal, there may be a Cash credit instead. The last thing we want our customers to see is a discount on the General Motors site, and then only the list price on our site. We always breakdown the offers in the comments so you can understand how we arrive at the price. You can also click on the ‘View Incentives’ tab in the vehicle details page for a breakdown of the current deals.

-Even though we are a Chevrolet Cadillac dealership, we are a GM Certified Service dealership. We are happy to handle all GM makes and models as well as off-brands. Our Free Pick up and Delivery, Shuttle Service and Car Washes are provided for all of our customers.
